Rumus :

·         When = diikuti S + V2 (simple past) + O
·         While = diikuti S + was/were + Ving  + O

Present
Present Continuous Tense is used to express, say (or whatever his name was called it) something that is happening now, is ongoing at this time.
Rumus : (+) S + am,is,are + Ving + O
               (-) S + am,is,are + not + Ving + O
               (?) is,am,are + S + V ing + O
1.       (+) they are playing football
(- ) they aren’t playing football

future
Future Continuous tense is generally used to indicate that we would be in the middle of an event within a specified time in the future.
Rumus :
·         S + will be + Ving + O
·         When digunakan jika ada 2 kejadian dimasa depan, diikuti SIMPLE PRESENT, merupakan kegiatan ke 2
1.       Nindy will be sleeping at my bad room
2.       When she sleeps at my bad room, my mother will be working
